There are two reasons for the gap: one is the shunt hole, weld chamber is narrow, metal supply flow is insufficient, the metal in the weld chamber did not form enough hydrostatic pressure, the product is not welded and out of the mold hole, resulting in the existence of weld gap products; is excessive lubrication and poor lubrication caused by the hollow profiles weld bad lead.

Stripes appear on the outer surface of the extruded profile of motor casing, which is more obvious after anodizing. The defects are mostly seen in the profile wall thickness difference parts, the shunt bridge under the metal welding parts and the inside with "branches" and threaded holes on the back.
Causes:
Profile inside the "branches" and threaded hole parts due to insufficient or excessive metal flow caused by surface stripes; mold shunt bridge under the weld area parts caused by the profile surface stripes; profile cross-section design problems, due to the profile wall thickness difference is large, the work of the band length of the parts of the sudden change in the anodizing after the production of striped color difference due to the machine cooling capacity is not enough, resulting in color difference after anodization. The cooling capacity of the machine is not enough, resulting in black mottled area after anodizing; the texture of the billet itself is not good, which affects the stripe color difference of the extruded material after anodizing.
Fourth, the way of aluminum alloy profile bending and twisting unreasonable performance:
The working belt of die core and lower die hole is not reasonable, causing uneven metal flow rate in each part of the profile; the size and position of shunt holes of symmetric hollow profile die are not symmetric, and the metal supply and flow are not balanced, causing uneven metal flow rate; the shunt holes are not well processed or there are impediments to hinder the metal flow on the die core.
